Price List for Cleaning Services
At A1 Cleaning Services we offer convenient cleaning schedules at competitive rates. Be it regular weekly, fortnightly, monthly routines or ad hoc one time cleaning assistance, we are flexible in tailoring our services as per customer convenience.
We do have a few pre-set packages that we have bundled according to the type of service and the size of the space to be cleaned –

Monday to Saturday, no services on Sundays and Public Holidays
Morning Slot
(Min. 3 Hours, i.e. 9am to 12pm)
Afternoon Slot
(Min. 3 Hours, i.e. 1.30pm to 4.30pm)
Evening Slot
(Min. 2 Hours, i.e. 5.30pm to 7.30pm)
You may customize the scope of work to suit your requirements. Kindly note that you would have to provide your own cleaning materials.
Rooms & Common Areas
– Clean windows and grilles, window blinds (reachable height, interior only)
– Wipe surfaces of furniture, shelves, cabinets (exterior)
– Sweep/mop all floor areas
Bathrooms
– Clean floor and walls
– Clean basin, toilet bowl, fixtures and fittings
Kitchen
– Clean stove, hob, sink, counter tops, fittings
– Empty trash bin
– Clean cabinets (exterior)

The one-time professional deep cleaning is estimated to take approximately 4 – 5 hours to complete (for a full house), with a team of 1 supervisor and 2-3 cleaners. All tools and detergents are provided by us. Our Deep Cleaning service is available after 12pm.
